Terms and Conditions

Driver’s Age: For Low Budget, Economy & Compact categories, drivers must be over 23 years of age. For any other category, min. age of the driver must be 25.

Driving License: Drivers must have a valid license held for at least one year. An International Driving License is required by Greek Law for all renters that are not citizens of the European Community (excluding the citizens of USA, Australia, Canada or United Kingdom). Driving License in characters not readable in English or Greek, must be accompanied by an International Driving License.

Minimum Rental: The minimum rental is one day (24 hours).

Fuel: On the moment of delivery the car is full of fuel. On return the car must be full of fuel.

Insurance: Rental rates include following coverage for all authorized drivers: A) Third party bodily injuries up to 1.220.000,00 € B) Third party damages to the property up to 1.220.000,00 € Collision Damage Waiver (CDW): Upon agreement an additional extra-insurance can be provided and indicated on the contract. Regardless of whether CDW has been chosen or not, the hirer is liable for all damage caused to the underside of the car or to the wheels and tires, and the loss of the key.: A) Third party bodily injuries up to 1.220.000,00 € B) Third party damages to the property up to 1.220.000,00 € Collision Damage Waiver (CDW): Upon agreement an additional extra-insurance can be provided and indicated on the contract. Additional Driver (AD): Optional, free of charge.

Child & baby seats: Available upon request without any charge.

Ferry restrictions: Allowed only with the prior written authorization from Vidalis Rent a Car.

GDPR: We ensure that your personal information will remain confidential according to the General Data Protection Regulation.

Online Prices: Are different depending on the type of the car, the rental duration, the availability and the season AND are subject to change without prior notice.
